This one's not just sad - it's wrong. Trying to pull a phony funeral on me? No such luck!

Apparently I have a lot of friends that I've never heard of (who are unnamed!) that have died recently...

Hmmm...I've never flown on SouthWest airlines before...

I do give these guys a hand of applause for some slightly more plausible scamming. However, when I moused over the links in the message, they wanted to take me to some unknown website to download who knows what...

And finally, a good old standby. This is starting to get old, very fast.
I hope you enjoyed the hilarity!

I like the "move message to inbox folder" ploy. nice one, guys.
ReplyDeleteHahaha! Not again! Do they ever give up?
ReplyDeleteThe funeral ones were pretty ridiculous. I mean, I think I would know if a friend of mine died. Just the fact that they don't list the departed's name and want to "take" you to the invitation by having you press the link confirms their illegitimacy.
I must say that the next to last one was a pretty good fake... it seemed somewhat legit. Guaranteed family Coverage... Hmmmmm.
The WhatsApp one is very familiar;). You got that one last time, didn't you?!
It was a lot of fun yesterday! Thanks for putting it together!
I will see you Saturday! :D
